Regina M Vitti is the Sustainability Leader at Cenzino for the last 6 years. We are moving towards 100 food composting in the year 2022. Collaborating with the Green Team of Oakland, NJ to pilot composting, biodegradable products and energy conservation in all restaurants in the area through the New Jersey Restaurant Association.

We are in the midst of installing a food composting machine on site to reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally we will utilize the organic product for an onsite expansion of our garden. Adding to that compost are our compostable items in use in the restaurant for the past few years. Sugarcane containers, earth friendly cleaning supplies and compostable stirrers and straws.
