We purchase locally when possible, e.g. purchase kale and herbs from Turhune Orchards. We use biodegradable packaging made out of corn silk.

We reuse our juice pulp to make other products, e.g. desserts, crackers and juiced watermelon pulp to make jerky. All waste pulp from the juicing process is sent to Cherry Valley Farm and used as animal feed. We produce approximately 200 pounds of pulp a day, which equates to over 70,000 pounds a year not going to the landfill.
