Since we are a small family business we coordinate carpools most days. The owner of the store will pick up other workers on her way in to work since they are on the way. This helps us to reduce the amount of single occupancy vehicles on the road and saves our workers on gas and parking fees.

Whenever we take the Waggin' (food truck) to events we use Google's eco-friendly routes to be more fuel efficient based on traffic, route simplicity, and road conditions. In the future we also hope to purchase an electric Waggin'.

All of our employees make $20 or over an hour. They are given as many sick and vacation days as they need or want as we think a work life balance is extremely important. If they ever feel it is unsafe to come in due to weather they do not have to.

We are constantly supporting shopping local not only with our marketing but with all of our events. We work with all of our neighboring businesses to organize events that will benefit the community.
