Certification Programs
LEED™ Silver, Gold or Platinum
Description of Action: 
In 2014, Express Scripts constructed a new energy efficient warehouse facility in Florence NJ. The 254,000-square foot building serves primarily as a filling location. Express Scripts is currently applying for LEED Silver certification for the site. Green Building measures at the site include material reduction through leaving the floor concrete and the ceiling exposed, utilizing LED lighting, Occupancy Sensors and HVAC Schedulers.
