All the vegetables not used at our community gardening greenhouse location are composted. We reuse the soil for future gardening. We also donate soil to residents in our community. We also teach the benefits of composting to our youth and adults. We have created compost containers that we distribute to members of our community to reinforce what we have taught them. When the containers are full the community member can dump containers at our greenhouse location.
