Angry Erik Brewing has a centralized inventory control system to prevent over ordering which is updated regularly. Angry Erik Brewing has reusable silverware for employee lunches. Angry Erik Brewing is passionate about reusing paper for scrap paper and has a designated drawer for scrap paper. Angry Erik Brewing sends out their Quarterly newsletter via email instead of regular mail to reduce paper.

Our facility recycles paper, cardboard, wooden pallets, plastic containers, and glass containers in clearly marked containers. We recycle these products through our county recycling center. We also recycle packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap and newspapers for our own shipping use.

Serve Customers with Disabilities
Description of Action: 
Our staff is trained to welcome all customers into our brewery, regardless of disability. Service animals are welcome into our facility. Paper and pen are available in case a customer is unable to hear or speak. Handicap parking and ramps make our building accessible. A self-guided, written tour is available for those who cannot walk through our brewhouse to tour the facility.

Angry Erik Brewing is a continuing member of the New Jersey Highlands Coalition whose mission is to protect, restore and enhance the water and other natural & cultural resources of the New Jersey Highlands.
Adopt a Cause or Project in your Community
Description of Action: 
Each year, Angry Erik Brewing supports a variety of charitable organizations. In particular, we host a coat drive every winter for the homeless in our community. We also host a pint-raiser every Memorial Day Weekend when $1 for every pint sold is donated to a local veterans organization.

Angry Erik Brewing actively supports local farmers and industry by using NJ Fresh ingredients whenever possible. We have used local maple syrup, honey, Jalapenos, rhubarb, hops, and herbs in our recipes.
