Each year we try to incorporate at least one additional water savings technique into our Brewery. This year we re-use the PBW (from vessel to vessel).

Starting earlier this year, we re-negotiated with the landlord to re-cycle all paper goods instead of sending the waste to the dump. And insisted that the business next to us (that we have nothing to do with) be included! Only costs us an additional $15 a month.

REuse of Pak Tek can holders. We are one of the few Breweries in NJ that will take back those plastic aluminum can holders and re-use them. We take both 4 and 6 and if we cannot re-use them, they are returned to PakTek, the manufacturer. This program has been so successful we've not had to purchase any holders for more than 2 years!
