Congratulations to Lower Forge Brewery for the recent article in Philly.com about their sustainable operations. Lower Forge Brewery is one of four breweries in the state on the Registry. They show that even small operations can have large impacts! In the past year alone they donated 7,000 pounds of spent grain to farmers in the South Jersey area and saved more than $1,000 in trash hauling and landfill fees.
