We save much of our employee's personal plastics (e.g bottles, food containers; cleaning containers; medicine bottles etc) and also the plastic containers that our plants come in from the nursery and use these as "filler" for the bottom of our large clients planters. This season along we managed up-cycle over 20 contractor bags full of plastics. This saves us money (and weight) due to using significantly less soil.

CWS has helped facilitate interviews with several (refugee) clients who have then become full time gardeners with our company.
