In January of 2016, our Home Performance Consultants began working remotely. Prior to January, these representatives would typically report to the office to make phone calls and perform follow up tasks ahead of their daily appointments. To prepare for this change, the company implemented new technologies and resources to reduce the overall mileage and commuting time of our consultants. Ciel Power Home Performance Consultants now perform their phone calls, scheduling, and follow up from their home offices.
